There will not be a rally on June 25th as the Board of Pharmacy is not accepting testimonies at the meeting. However, the AKA team will be present and is monitoring the situation closely.
Virginia had a petition to the Board of Pharmacy. “The petitioner requests that the Board amend 18VAC110-20-322 to include mitragynine and 7-hydroxymytragynine, the active alkaloids found in kratom, in Schedule I.”
